If the order you received turns out to be damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the clear pictures of the damaged items. Our Customer Service team shall analyze the damage first, and will subsequently issue a replacement after investigating the matter. The replacement item/s shall be shipped again free of cost.
Not all items are eligible for returns and refunds, especially the ones which require specific temperature and humidity levels. When we're shipping your orders, we ensure that product storage conditions are met fully, and that the packaging is strong and export worthy.
